Because of dust considerations (and the need to make doors, not fiddle with computers), our computer is not on site. E-mails are checked every evening; expect a response the next day.

We are available during the core hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday. Also, we are frequently at the shop well outside of those hours on any day of the week, so call us anytime.
